EXECUTIVE COACHING FOR LEADERS

Leadership is hard. It doesn’t have to feel heavy.

Cynthia Farrell, owner and principal of 110 West Group, during a one-on-one executive coaching session.

You’re capable—you’ve proven that. But somewhere in the difficult conversations, the decisions without clean answers, & the weight of how much depends on how you show up, it can start to feel like you’re carrying more than you should, can, or want.

Executive coaching provides is a dedicated space to examine that honestly, to look at the patterns and mindsets underneath your leadership and ask: what’s serving me, and what isn’t?

That’s the work. Not becoming someone else, but becoming a more intentional version of who you already are.

  • You’re a CXOs, VPs, or senior directors committed to leading with more ease and less friction.

  • You want to grow, not because someone told you to, but because you know there’s another level of leadership capability available to you.

  • You’re willing to look honestly at how you show up, including the patterns that aren’t serving you.

  • You can hear feedback that’s uncomfortable without shutting down.

  • You want a coach who understands your world, not one who’s going to hand you a framework and wish you luck.

  • You’re committed to doing the work between sessions.

You as a leader

Me as your coach

  • I have a foundational belief that although leadership may be hard, it doesn't have to feel heavy—there is a path to leading with ease

  • I specialize in coaching leaders who want to enhance their emotional intelligence, with an emphasis on building self-awareness and self-management to positively impact how you show up each day.

  • I invite clients to consider the behavioral patterns and mindsets that may limit your effectiveness, and explore alternative approaches to achieving their goals.

  • I bring deep empathy and compassion to each conversation, while simultaneously being willing and ready to be unapologetically direct.

What you can expect

Optional additions

  • Narrative feedback interviews: In-depth conversations with key stakeholders that go deeper than survey data and confirms patterns from the 360 with examples.

  • Updated 360 at close: Re-run the Leadership Circle Profile at the end of the engagement to measure what’s shifted. Useful for leaders who want documentation of development for performance reviews or board conversations.

Engagement length

6-month and 12-month engagements available. The right length depends on the scope of what you’re working on. We’ll talk through what makes sense in the initial conversation.

“Cynthia has undoubtedly experienced the problems and opportunities for growth that you’re facing and will help you strategize in a calmly pragmatic way that will leave you wondering why you didn’t see the path forward sooner.”
